An intimate dinner series for women building, investing in, and leading with AI.

Women are defining the future of AI, but they are still far from equally represented in the rooms where that future is being built.
Women accounted for just 26% of new U.S. hires into AI roles last year and only 13% of C-suite AI executives at AI companies. At the same time, women make up 57% of U.S. workers in occupations most likely to be disrupted by generative AI.
Women Dine AI is creating space for more women to be part of what comes next.
How Our Dinners Work
Choose an upcoming dinner below and save your seat. We share new dates as they’re set.
This is how we get to know you: what you’re working on, what you’re looking for, and who you’d like to meet. Your responses are confidential and used only to build an intentional table for you.
A table of 6 to 12 women based on your answers. We confirm your table and restaurant before the dinner.
Order what you like. At the end of the night, your table settles the check together, and everyone covers their own meal. We won’t be at every dinner ourselves, but every table is set with the same care.

The Community
Dozens of women across Boston have already raised their hands to join the community. Among our founding members, 83% hold founder, C-suite, VP, Director, investor, or senior-leadership roles.
Across the broader community, women are building companies, investing in emerging technologies, leading AI adoption inside major organizations, developing AI systems in highly regulated environments, advising global enterprises, and researching what this technology will mean for the people and institutions it touches.
Their work spans 10+ industries, from early-stage ventures to global organizations. The table is intentionally cross-disciplinary: a founder might sit beside an investor, an engineer beside an executive deploying AI at scale, or a researcher beside an operator bringing it into the real world.
Because the most interesting conversations about where AI is going happen when the people shaping it from different angles are in the same room.
About Us
Alice Obas O’Connor
Alice is a Senior Associate at Atomic, where she works on AI transformation for private equity clients. Before Atomic, she worked in private equity across acquisitions and asset management at Rockpoint Group and Long Wharf Capital. She holds a BA in psychology from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford GSB.
Outside of work, you’ll find her in a HIIT class, training for her third HYROX race, trying a new recipe or restaurant, or outdoors soaking up the sun. She also serves on the board of the Steppingstone Foundation. As for AI, Claude is her chief of staff, and her favorite use lately is having it turn new recipes into a ready-to-go Instacart order.
Mahek Modi
Mahek is a Product Manager at WHOOP, where she works on AI experiences and AI platform capabilities. Before WHOOP, she was a PM at AWS and worked in strategy and corporate development at JLL, focusing on the global proptech market. She holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Outside of work, Mahek loves hiking, dancing, and finding new movies and TV shows. That last one inspired an app she built in business school to help people share and discover content they love. Her go-to line when prompting AI: “Explain this like I’m in high school.” Somehow, the jargon and half-finished thoughts disappear.
We met at an intimate women’s dinner and wanted more nights like it, so we started our own series.
Bring something to the table.
