Small tables, curated with your input. Here’s everything you need to know.

Women DINE AI

Boston · October 2026

Hi there,

You’re receiving this because you signed up for Women Dine AI, whether on our website, through a dinner RSVP, or another form. That makes you part of the community.

We wanted to properly introduce ourselves, explain how our dinners work, and share what’s coming next. Our next dinners are Wednesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 28. Save your seat here.

Welcome to the table.

Who we are

Women Dine AI, or WD for short, is an intimate dinner series for women building, investing in, leading, and shaping AI. The idea is simple: small tables, good food, and real conversations with women whose work and questions overlap with yours.

What sets us apart is how each table comes together: we curate every dinner with your input, around the conversations you want to have and the ideas you’re eager to explore.

We hosted a pilot dinner in August, then officially launched on September 30 during Boston AI Week, with 20 women around two tables. Those guests are our founding members, and they’re already helping shape what comes next.

How our dinners work

1.Sign up for a dinner on our website. We’re hosting two in October, on Wednesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 28, and we’ll share future dates as they’re set.
2.Fill out our 5-minute intake form. This is how we get to know you: what you’re working on, what you’re looking for, and who you’d like to meet. Your responses are confidential and used only to build an intentional table for you. If you’ve already signed up and haven’t received it yet, don’t worry, it’s on its way.
3.We match you to a table of 6 to 12 women based on your answers, and confirm your table and restaurant before the dinner.
4.Come to dinner. Order what you like. At the end of the night, your table settles the check together, and everyone covers their own meal. We won’t be at every dinner ourselves, but every table is set with the same care.

Meet the founders

Alice Obas O’Connor

Alice Obas O'Connor

Alice is a Senior Associate at Atomic, where she works on AI transformation for private equity clients. Before Atomic, she worked in private equity across acquisitions and asset management at Rockpoint Group and Long Wharf Capital. She holds a BA in psychology from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford GSB.

Outside of work, you’ll find her in a HIIT class, training for her third HYROX race, trying a new recipe or restaurant, or outdoors soaking up the sun. She also serves on the board of the Steppingstone Foundation. As for AI, Claude is her chief of staff, and her favorite use lately is having it turn new recipes into a ready-to-go Instacart order.

Mahek Modi

Mahek Modi

Mahek is a Product Manager at WHOOP, where she works on AI experiences and AI platform capabilities. Before WHOOP, she was a PM at AWS and worked in strategy and corporate development at JLL, focusing on the global proptech market. She holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Mahek loves hiking, dancing, and finding new movies and TV shows. That last one inspired an app she built in business school to help people share and discover content they love. Her go-to line when prompting AI: “Explain this like I’m in high school.” Somehow, the jargon and half-finished thoughts disappear.

We met at an intimate women’s dinner and wanted more nights like it, so we started our own series.
